Mark Morris the owner and director of the company has had over 25 years planning experience and is a fully qualified planner.

He is tertiary qualified with a Planning degree from Auckland University and a Geography degree from Victoria University in Wellington. He has been working with the RMA virtually on daily basis since 1994, so he is well aware of the many changes that have occurred to the RMA over that time and how they have affected the subdivision and consent process.

He has had over 20 years local body planning, much of which has been at a senior level, so there is not much that he doesn’t know about the Council consent process, particularly with subdivisions!

Mark has a friendly personal style that helps make the development process easier and less stressful for you. What you see is what you get, and no matter what project it is, it will be Mark that will work with you at all stages of the project.
